Hi, I'm Shiloh, I built NoCV after spending months applying for part-time jobs with minimal responses. I realised the system was fundamentally broken. So I decided to fix it. NoCV is my attempt to make job hunting as simple as it should be - because your potential shouldn't be limited by your CV writing skills.
